Get your spook on, and buy tickets early. The decorations and ride transformations all start Friday at the park and Mickey’s Halloween Party runs Sept. 30th-Oct.31. The party is held 10 nights only at Disneyland park during Halloween Time 2011. (Party entrance requires a separate ticket for admission.) We’re hitting the party opening night, so I’ll report back. Past years visited though have proved a lot of fun for the kids and the park is seriously transformed. Also don’t worry that your kids won’t get enough loot; they’ll be buried. Halloween Time includes spooky thrills at Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy, chilling fun at Haunted Mansion Holiday and the tale of Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, plus fun, festive décor throughout the Resort, and all Disney characters get outfitted in Halloween attire.
The 10 nights include:
Viewing of the Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular — exclusively for Mickey’s Halloween Party Guests
Admission to the Disneyland Park up to 3 hours prior to the event’s start time
Taking photos with favorite Disney Villains
Special treat stations with candy and healthy goods
Fun at Mickey’s Costume Party Cavalcade
Festivities at Piratepalooza in Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante (kick up your boots with Goofy and other swashbucklers)
Tomorrowland Terrace for Buzz Lightyear’s Intergalactic Space Jam (a hi-energy dance party)
Access to nearly all attractions, including all the Halloween-themed attractions such as Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday
Spooky music throughout the park
