Do you know about the Knott’s Spooky Farm family fun that goes down daytime? It’s a non-scare celebration, of cheer rather than fear with shows, activities and a costume contest all geared for children ages 3-11. My family and I hit the park and of course made time for the coasters too between the various Ghost Town Treat Stops.
Kids can take part in “Snoopy’s Costume Contest and Dance Party” and also visit the Camp Spooky Theatre to view “The Monsters are Coming, Charlie Brown”, a new Halloween show where everyone issinging and dancing in the aisles to favorite Halloween tunes. There’s also spooky karaoke and mask making at the “Monster Masquerade Ball Karaoke.” Also, look for the “Spooky Hollow Maze” kids will travel through a spooky forest with gigantic jack-o-lanterns.
The decor perfectly sets the mood to get you in the spirit. And a Creepy Crawler Cabin houses slithering, creepy, crawlers all kids will dig.
Our favorite part was buzzing back and forth around the park, for Camp Snoopy for the little guy and back to the “screamers” for the bigger kids. All in all, it’s not-so-spooky fun that all ages will love.
Look, it’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Pony Express! Have a wonderful Halloween season with your littles.
